The pain of moving on...

In my opinion the pain that results from breaking up can't be healed. It hurts and you can just do the best you can by going through the pain, talking to others, crying it out, doing something good for yourself, volunteering time with others who are in need, realizing that we are lucky to be alive even though it's in difficult times. But you really do make it, one day at a time, one cry at a time, when you give yourself time to get over someone who was a part of our life, you will get your life back on track and you will move on and love again. The only thing to remember is that it was not in vain if you learn from the experience and try not to repeat any mistake that we make along the way. How we deal with life's past problems is what makes us who we are in the future. Welcome to MyLot. Good luck. Take care.

It is deeply saddening to realize that the one you love does not love you, or does not love you any longer, and all you can do is to watch him go. Now after the heart break it is time for you to let go, time for you to move on. Yet no matter what you do the pain still resides in your heart, making your heart bleed as if it is the hardest thing your heart has ever gone through.

Well I have experienced the same, and it took me more that two years to finally realize that I have a life of my own. Once we love we give everything that we forget that we too are special, and can be special to others. We are too down that we don't want to live our life, unless we are with him. We cry a lot, and regret the mistakes we have done. But at the end of the day, when everything comes down to us, it is ourself that can decide how can we really move on.

Moving on is a matter of our heart and our mind as well. It is just normal to think of him, your thoughts with him from time to time and wonder if those will ever come back again. Missing him, thinking of him is a part of letting go and that is what we need to surpass no matter how hard it can be. Just be patient about it. Don't think like it is already the end of the world for you. I am just sharing you what I have gone through before. And hoping that you learn something from what I have said.
