Looking for a domain.... 18+

So I have been looking for a place to start up a site. I know a few others have been doing it for a while. I am looking for some help with getting a domain up and running. Honestly no word of a lie I am looking to open a Webcam studio. I wish to run the site off of other sites but I need to find something for now, where I can have models sign up, get info, and what not. If anyone could help me that would be great.
