When the weather is really bad, people are advised to stay at home and avoid going out. I am listening to the radio now while a reporter provides details about the typhoon. I started to realize that the reporter is really professional and really values his work because even in the worst of times, he managed to do his job well. I looked up to these people who even in times when they are supposed to be at home with their families continue to deliver their job well. i don't think i am fit for that kind of job because I am not a cowboy kind of girl. I salute people who have to work on holidays and in times of calamity like the nurses, doctors, TV and radio reporters and announcers, etc.

It depends.. There are times when despite strong rains, classes are not suspended. That means that I have to go to school work. When classes are suspended especially in all levels, then I do not have any reason to go to work. That is exactly how my day is today.

of course, no one wants to work where the typhoon is. however, if your job calls for it then you have no choice but to go and follow your superiors. but then, as much as possible, if it says that the weather is bad, it is better to stay home.....
