Make free mind from all your personal tensions and stress and go to bed take sound sleep, if you are missing you sleep many health problem can create,so leave all the tensions and get sound sleep.
It may disturb some times your sleep due to work load or boss pressures, but forget about the daily activites and get the sleep,I do the same.Do you have any problems with sleep?

if i got some pressure or some urgent things to do tomorrow, like taking an exam or giving a lecture, i'll lose my sleep. but if i've done a lot of physical work, after a big meal, say with a beer, then i'll get the sound sleep.

I can not get sound sleep!Cause the stress of work,i am a serious person,always think more and do my best,which makes me feel anxiety!Maybe spending some time outside with friends or travelling will be better.

Yes, I got problems during the night. I have many loads, and It gives me a hard time falling asleep at night. The only time we can relax is during the night. I am thinking an hour before sleeping, I usually sleep around 12 midnight or 1 in the morning. Maybe this is kinda stress from our family problem.

You are right that when we sleep, the best policy is not to think about anything that might disturb us from having falling asleep and enjoying our sleep by those personal tensions and stress from all fields.
