Gone through difficult times...... How did you manage it?

i may say that i have been to hell down there but managed to get up and live again...

first i have a bigger God than all problems in the world. Jesus christ will always be my fortress and strength acknowledging the fact the I cant do anything without HIM and i live by the rule of everything has its purpose and reasons for existence...i may not know it at once but someday i will...just trust in the Lord with all your heart...

and everything will end up good if it is not good today, well, it is not yet the end then...

Trials and disappointments are always a part of life. You just have to face it bravely. Many times in my life I feel that way. It seems that I can no longer handle things, it's too hard for me and think I can't do it anymore.. but..suddenly, I come to my senses that no body can help me except God and myself. I just prayed for courage and strength, I need to be positive that I can do it with God's help. Well, if you believe in God, Just pray and trust in him. This is the ultimate help we can ask for. Nothing is impossible with God if you truly Trust in Him. I was able to overcome it because I know that I am not the only person here on earth who have problems. Others have bigger problems than mine but they are fine..

recently, i felt so down too and problems arise and of course i have to face it and never escape from it.. i choose to face those problems by myself not because i dont have anybody to share it with but because i am just too confident to face it all alone.. but later i realize, im so helpless and cant do it by myself and since i dont want to share my burden to anybody else, what keeps me going is the faith in God and the belief in the healing power of prayer.. evrytime im down until reaching the point of giving up life, i always want to remind myself of the existence of God.. He knows our limitations, i believe! in times of sadness, sorrow, pain, what i do is i always listen to christian, inspirational and spiritual songs -- it has the power to heal the wounded heart and later you'll feel good as if your heart has been unloaded with those heavy burdens.. im so pessimistic but because of my trust in Him, i somehow become a positive-minded in times my spirit weakens!

What does'nt kill you only makes you stronger, and no matter how bad, the sun allways rises. lastly, If life gives you lemons....... I've had some very hard times, things I had to deal with, unexpected death of my wife, my sons demise, lost the house from the flood. yeah, it was hard, came fingernail close to cashing in the chips, But things slowly got better over the years.. Life is tuff, be tuffer!!! Carry on soldier, Me and God, well we love ya!!

Well, I won't go into details but all my life I have betrayed in one way or other by friends and faimily alike and it has brougght me to the point where I find it very hard to trust anyone. Let's just say I have learned very much the hard way that it is far more important to have one or two good true friends than a million backstabbing ones.

Hi there, when I am sad, first thing I will do is take time for myself and reflect, I also take time to relax and pray a lot, then, I need to go out with friends to play my favorite sports and most of all spending time with my parents,sister and husband will always make me feel great! I am reminded always despite of trials in life, I am still blessed to have them! Cheers!

I've been through a lot in my life. So much that it would take a very long time to list it all ha ha

But seriously, I've dealt with things so painful that I never thought I would ever make it through it. But looking back I see that it was God that came along side me and led me by the hand. He is so faithful and although times were hard and I felt like giving up...he was and still is there.

I definitely know how it is to go through hard times. I moved away from my father and then six months later he passed away. Since then I've had problems with money, school, and my health. I would suggest that you pray, surround yourself with positive people, keep yourself busy, and maybe even she a therapist. I'm doing all of the above and even taken medications to get myself back to normal. I hope the best for you!

Its good for us Humans to have a special feature called Patience. Patience is a virtue and all the problems will be solved at a particular time. We have to wait for that particular time with patience than rushing into things. I managed to get out of such things with ease as time passes the problems also solve. I'm not saying that leave the problems to solve at their own but I'm saying you to try to solve the problems slowly ans don't rush into things and have a good patience.

been there. been bruised. made me tougher. rules i followed:
1. pray
2. believe that everything happens for a reason
3. i always quote: "this too, shall pass."
4. get my family support.
5. be positive that God, not me, who is wiser is in charge!
