redial, how many times do you redial per day

anybody who has sed telephone will defenitely know that you wont always get a person on first dial, so we redial the number, sometimes w ay have redial for 2-3 times to get him or her, i occassionally end up the loser while trying to get numbers like the airline office or weather station or some govt. ofice cos howw many times you may redial they are adamant tha t they wont answer or the line is always busy, have you had such experiences

I don't have to use re-dial that often, because I tend to call people at certain times, so that I will know that they are available to talk.
There are nights though, when my sister and I will both call our mother at the same time, and of course whoever gets through first will cause the other to experience a busy signal, at which point the other will continue to dial until we get through.
