How to care the customers on Retail counter?

I am running Homoeopathic Medical store here I should care the medicine quality and purity of medicines, every one want to get best quality medicine from reputatd company medicines, in Homoeopathic some medicines should give the different quantity in the process of preparations. Some of can sale the whole sealed pack, it is easy to dispense. When I prepare the lose medicines I should care every thing about medicines, bottles, pills,packings. And also I will give the respect with each customer with smile, some times have to face some critical customers but I prefer to tell soft way sorry. Is this enough to care customers? do you suggest me more!
