Mine does...once they get to know that its a female baby growing in the womb, they abort it, they go to the extent of killing the female babies once they are born especially in the villages (since now-a-days, none of them are allowed to know through a scan which fetus they have, either male or female)and also some husbands divorce their wives for giving birth to a female child, not willing to accept the fact that it depends on their chromosome, whether its an X or a Y that contributes to the gender of the child
