How many here are making money on associated content? I am making a few dollars here and there and I love it but I was interested in advice from other producers or about other sites like associated. Writing is a passion and making money is a necessity! Thanks for the help!

I am writing for AC also but their offers are getting lower and lower and I am thinking that it might not be worth it anymore. Maybe I'm not making the articles key word friendly enough. I am not giving up though, I will master the art of key wording my articles for higher pay. Anyway there is another site you might want to try out. They pay a flat rate of $15 per article. You have to write how to articles. I applied and got rejected and then got accepted only for them to turn around and reject me again. I can understand why they don't want me because I am not good at writing how to articles. If you want to check them out here is the link: http://www.demandstudios.com/ You will need a resume but you can just use your regular job resume and add writing credits to it. You will also need to send them a sample of your work, like your AC articles. Good luck and I hope you make out better with them than I did. Also check out this forum where you can find paying writing jobs: http://www.accentuateservices.com/xmb/ The admin of that forum is one of AC's top content producers. You might want to also check out these two forums: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/ http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/ Good luck! :)

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Thanks for the best response. Anyway, Demand Studios had problems with their site and it turns out they did not change their minds about me. In fact I have already been paid for the first article I did! So yeah, you should definitely check them out. As for AC, I will pm you with my link if you want to read my stuff! Thanks again for the best response. :)

I'm making a few dollars too. I've only be at it a year but I've tried to amp up my article writing. I've found about 20 other people who write for AC on myLot. I've added my AC link to my myLot page and I've gotten about 500 more hits that way. I know you have a link already, just a suggestion. Let me know your AC site and I'll add you to my favs and subscribe to your articles. We can all help each other out.

Check out Constant Content. They accept submissions of articles and sell them to customers who need content for their own website, blog, or newsletter. With CC you get to set your own price for your work, although CC does take a commission. It costs nothing to join and try it out! You may have to wait a while for your articles to sell, although I have had many that sold as soon as they were listed. It's definitely something to check out if you are interested in writing for online sources. You can also earn a percentage of any earnings made by your referrals. If you are interested I would appreciate it if you would use my referral link: http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=8083. Constant Content is very particular about proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, though, so be sure to carefully edit and proofread before submitting. I have had articles rejected a few times for minor errors, but they were accepted as soon as I corrected the errors and resubmitted.

I am making a little bit of money on AC, but not as much as I would like to. Trying to find time to write is the hard part though. If you can post a link I'd be interested in reading your articles.

I don't use AC. Back in the day, when I was looking for sites that would pay me for my writing, I stumbled upon AC, only to discover they aren't as friendly to the international (non-US) users. So I gave up on it. To earn money on my writing I stick to helium.com (which also offers great community, and that what matters for me), mylot (though I only just started here) and reviewstream.com If you have any questions about the two sites I use, I'kll be happy to answer them :D

I'm using reviewstream too, it's not too bad. In what way they aren't friendly to international users? Because I'm kinda tempted to join AC.
