When it comes to PTR are you LAZY like me?

I hate those 30 second timers. I hate clicking on an extra button after the 30 seconds. I hate typing numbers/letters whatever to make sure I am not a cheat bot. I hate hitting refresh to make sure I dont click the same ad, and waste another 30 seconds. I hate trying to find a red dot to start the timer. Am I asking too much? I just want to click, refresh and get my penny all in one swoop.
