The longer the belt the shorter the life? How long is yours?

"The longer the belt the shorter the life", one quotation I read in a health magazine and I want to know how many of you believe this and also if you want to share the size of your belt? I would be glad to hear your response!

I haven't read that before. But I think what it means is that the larger our waist line is, the shorter would be our life. So this only means that we need to keep fit. I don't know the length of my belt but I can tell you that my waist like is just 27 inches. I am very skinny, actually. And I think my waist line is not appropriate for my age and height. So I need more nutrients. Have a nice day!

You are right Richiem. It pertains to the waist line. If you can observe fat people die young. So don't despair if you are skinny because it means the longer your life will be.
