What's the Style of Your Boss?

Is it a he/ she? What's his/ her style? Free-handed? Detail-minded? Decisive or not? My current one is a she and she is really nice. However, she is not decisive and she is not really good with office politics (that's why some people are taking advantage of her and our team suffer). All I can say is that she is a really diligent boss. What about yours?

i had a boss when i worked in a call center(only for seven days) but he really was a headache for us his accent and language was really bad but he used to teach us how to speak to the customers.
