You can burn fat.hehehe..playing volleyball is a best exercise for me. I get physically fit and healthy. I can also meet more friends and fans..
Since elementary I used to be a varsity player in the school, On my college days I did not stop playing. On summer league, on any events and sportsfeast I participate. Until now I am a member of the Sports team in our company and we participate in inter company sportsfeast. With this it boost my confidence. I get to meet many different poople and I am popular.

THE ADVANTAGES OF PLAYING VOLLEYBALL
I have only played volleyball a couple of times and that was a very long time ago when I was at secondary school.
The advantage is that you are learning to work as a team as volleyball is a team sport. Also you are learning to work together. Excerise which is very good for you, and you also get to know people and get to move around the country play volleyball so you get to go different places.

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend one of the few high schools in Colorado that had a Men's Volleyball program. I played as a libero on the varsity team. I also played football and soccer, but volleyball was my favorite sport to play. It gave me an appreciation and a lot more respect for the girls/women who play volleyball. I believe the advantages to playing official volleyball is that it teaches you the importance of proper technique and having to master it be a necessity rather than a fundamental thought. Anybody who has played 6 vs 6 court volleyball knows that if you don't pass the ball perfectly, if you don't set the ball perfectly, and if you don't hit the ball perfectly, you will lose the point. I put more emphasis on setting especially. If your technique is not perfect, you will not only set up your hitter poorly, but you will probably be called a carry or lift by the official. I can't tell you how many times my team was called for an improper set or overhand pass because we were sloppy with technique. We all learned that technique is a must. Technique may look easy when you are just watching, but we spent hours and hours just trying to get a perfect pass, and then stayed late trying to perfect a set (which is way hard).
