Rose darling, are they, um, "holiday" brownies? I love slumber parties, you know, have since I was a kid. I had one with my sisters - I've got 3 - a few years ago and it was such a blast. And when I go to Rolla, MO, where 2 of them and my mom live, we have slumber parties and I so love them. No one knows you like your sisters. Anyway, back to the discussion - I would bring what? Hmmm. Ok - I'd bring deviled eggs and a couple of gallons of Cossacks. We'll be drunk on our a$$es in no time. That's why they're called Cossacks instead of White Russians. They're so strong. he, he. Hey, it's the truth. My hubby christened them. He's so clever. He christened another drink too, one I "invented", called a Shelley Temple. It's Citron vodka, club soda, and a splash of cranberry juice, with lots of fresh lime squeezed into it. It's delicious and perfect for summer. It looks and tastes innocuous, like a Shirley Temple - but it's not. Hence, Shelley Temple. There's a bit more to the story, and you can probably figure it out. So I'd bring a couple gallons of those too. And I'd bring avacados - just avacados, plain, not guacamole. They can go with or on almost everything and make it better. That's my contribution. And I'll definitely be there in my tie-dyed cotton summer dress that I wear around the house all the time. Barefoot. Leave a light on! I'll do the shave-and-a-haircut knock.
