My ex has been working and getting his taxes and the stupid child support office forgot to put in his order with the IRS so of course I won't be getting any money this year from taxes just like last year. Mind you he owes 11.000 of back pay we saw him and he had the nerve to have on gold and diamond ring and a mouth full of gold, now he is 36 yrs old tell me why he needs a grill in his mouth? He didn't even offer to give his children any money or offer to buy them some shoes but had the nerve to be crying cause he hasn't seen his children in 3 yrs his choice, because we were still getting a divorce and I had to let him know where I had moved just in case he wanted to see his children I even sent pictures and you know he didn't even respond. Then called child support this morning and they said Oh we just put in an order to IRS on the 21 and they only did that because I had called to find out why I hadn't received any payment because I knew he had worked this pisses me off that they let him get away without paying and whats so bad about it is they always have an excuse please and excuse dosen't buy a pair of shoes or clothes.

I can't believe they have done twice. That is crazy. Have you ever called that non profit place on tv? My SIL did and she got a good chunk of what her ex owed. Good luck to you.

Are you able to obtain Aid for Dependent Children - since he is not paying support? If so, then the government pays you a certain amount a month and then they go after him to pay it back. They're more interested in going after the person that owes, because they've already provided the money to you. I preferred to let the ex go on his merry way and do his own thing. I worked to support my children and got very little from him, which was fine with me. As long as I wasn't getting anything from him, I didn't owe him any explanation as to how I spent my money!
