 maybe its because people know what it is now or something but in the last 6 months i have heard of like 20 people that i either know or my mom knows that have it.. it runs in my family.. found out my hubby has it.. my best friend has it.. its crazy!! do you think its all due to the commercials getting people to thinking or have docs finally figured out it exist?

Well you can add my partner and myself to those who have it. My partner has had it for some years, it was diagnosed after having two children from her first marriage. Mine has come on as the years have progressed. We both have good days and bad days. I was not aware of it until my partner and I got together and we found out about each other. Her fibromyalgia is more chronic than mine but she has warned me me that it could deteriorate. She also has to cope with fibromyalgia rheumatica and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME). With me I have Narcolepsy and Cataplexy these I have had for over forty years. Neither of us can work so we spend our time in front of our computers and keep each other company. Getting around is difficult at times as we have to use the public transport system so we feel it getting off buses, trains and the underground system here in the UK. At least we do not have to pay for this. Best wishes to you and your hubby.

| moonlitmagikchild (3038) | 4 months ago | yeah my first fibro doc was practically an expect in that field BUT he like over drugged everyone.. but since he was my first doc and i had no clue on how to deal with it so i was like way over medicated for a couple of years.. which sucks in so many ways because now i had been on everything in a short short period and 8 at a time or more so now when they try to find something i have already been there done that which who knows it might have just not worked since i was on so much at one time.. one thing that really made me mad was when he put me on a med that made me gain over 40lbs in 6 months.. coming off the drugs screwed up my vision but oh well at least im not drugged up for it.. not that it was working anyways | |
