Do you think young minds are needed in the U.S. Political System?

Has any one ever come to thought that maybe in this whole entire political system, there should be a retiring age? I mean for example do you think that the judges that serve in the supreme court that are able to serve until they die or resign, are going to be producing as good of descisions as young people would, that know whats going on? I Think that we need younger politicians in the US Political System, for the old minds should be retired for they are only making things worse and looking out for their own Pocket, what do you think?
