which is your favourite vegetable?

Emm~!I think that vegetable is very good for our heath.And there are many different kinds of vegetable.

I prefer tomatoes,potatoes and carrots.

Cabbage is the best! For me^_^

My favorite vegetables are bok choy and mushrooms.I always stir fry these vegetables with garlic and prawn and it with steamed rice.

I really like the potato, also. I think it's the vegetable that I eat the most of. But, I also like to eat just about every other vegetable out there. I mostly eat spinach and potatoes, though. But, I like to eat peas (which is really a legume), and mixed frozen vegetables. I mostly eat a vegetarian diet and like the starchier vegetables better, though that's not always good for you.

My favorite vegetable is soy beans. It's very versatile and a good source of protein.

Soy beans can be in a form of-
1. Soy milk
2. Veggie Meat
3. Taho
