Neck pain, is this because my sitting posture?

Hi All, i am sitting for the whole day in front of the pc and i am feeling the pain in my neck, please suggest some thing, should i change the chair or pillow. have you faced such neck pain? What have you done to reduce the pain? please help!!

I would sugguest you check with a doctor first thing.
Second I would suggest you check the position you are sitting in and make sure you are moving often including rotation of your neck.
