Is Groundreport.com site down?

Well in morning I have posted a article on this site .I access this site just an hour ago.but the server was working too slow I cannot upload another article on the site well do not worry they will back.One of the most genuine news reporting site.

I registered with them earlier this week but I was disappointed that I could not publish my article there because of a problem with the website. I did send an email but it was several days before I had a reply and by then I had posted my article on Triond instead. I may try again in future if they get the servers working correctly. It seems to me that the site works well for some people and not for others.
