You search through their search bar and then write reviews on the site.But this site seems to be suspicious now they are changing their policy every week.Review rates are also not good.
They decrease rate from by eighty percent.
About payment whenever I request payout it sends letter that they have changed their policy now they reducing points.

First time after requesting payout three times the send me a mail stating that they had reduce my point 1035 to 750 because they have bug in their system.
Second time when I request payout they again told they have changed their policy and you have to make additional 200 points to release payout.
So I stopped writing reviews on their site.Now I only submit link of my article so that I got some viewership of my article.

You earn by posting reviews.
For example there is section where you can search.
Type the site. For example, you can write a review about Mylot.
Tell about your experience and mylot and rate it.
Then you will earn points.
Upload images and earn points too.
Respond to other peoples reviews and pictures and also earn points.
