So Angry U wana Kill?

Everybody gets angry and there are times when we even lose control of it.I have seen many people and also myself experiencing such situations where, u wanna kill that person or yourself to get rid of that problem!! My experiences were big enough to only wanna beat up that person at the peak of anger or maybe punch the wall etc..People have different ways of expressing and venting it out.Most of the times its because of not thinking in a sane mind, and after cooling down we regret our actions,words etc Has anyone here felt that u wanna kill som1 in such anger? Or still feel like u wanna kill that person for failing you or hurting u because u still haven't forgiven and are holding that bitterness still after so long? Like u can never forgive and that person deserves no mercy?
