wah. i am trying to lose weight but i can't seem to take my mind off chocolatey thoughts...hahahhaa... i am drooling and craving for some M&Ms dark chocolate...yum! i guess, i will have to be good this week in terms of my diet, hahaha...so i can reward myself with a small pack next week.

If you can handle it, I would go buy some and just suck on a few. That way your craving is satisfied and you don't feel like you have lost out. Maybe you need something that is inside of the candy right now. Chocolate has magnesium, you never know. It will also help you to stay on you eating program longer.

haha you know i've always wanted to try dark chocolate M&M's but i always decide not to get it. i'm a calorie counter you know, and if i remember correctly 1 pack is 240 calories w/ 100 fat calories. SORRY i hope i didn't deter you LOL. maybe we can share and split the calories LOL
