what can i make with half a leg of left over lamb?

we have half of a large leg of lamb left from sunday lunch today and it seems such a shame to let it go to waste, i was thinking maybe do a stew or a caserole, but i always do that
any other ideas on what i could make with my left over meat?

that would be good actually i may make one for the familly but i dont like curry lol so i may do it as a treat for them

I like to do soups or stew usually but if you are looking for something different why not shred the leg of lamb and make sandwiches? You could sautee some onions and mushrooms, put it all on a hoagie roll and smother it in provolone cheese. Yummy. I might come over and steal your lamb!

We do lamb curries, lamb sandwiches, add it to risotto, and we often slice it and freeze it for later. Yum!
