what's best ?? have a formal party for a debut or informal??? where should i celebrate my 18th birthday?? beach???bars???house??restaurants??clubhouse???resorts???
what do you prefer??

I would agree that it depends on your budget. Also so long as it you celebrate it with the people you care for the most it really wouldn't matter where or how it would be done.

it depends on your budget..when i had a debut we had celebrated it in a resort whereas my friends and all invited are wearing formal dresses..i haven't planned it..my mom was the person in charge of all the things..it is a once in a lifetime event so think very clearly so that in the end you will not have regrets and say to yourself "if only.."
