Favorite Childhood Memories

What is everyone's favorite childhood memory? I'll start first! Every Sunday after church during the summers on the way home from church, we would stop and get sno-cones. Then we would go home and change into our swimsuits and we would go to the public swimming pools. On a good week, we would go to the "beverly" public pool that you had to pay $5 to get into per family! This pool was way better than the other one, because the kiddie pool had a big spiral in it, and it also had a taller diving board. I was 4 or 5 at the time so I was always in the kid's pool. When I got older i started going to the diving boards. One time thoug before i could swim, I was jumping into my dad's arms in the shallow end of the big pool. Well I wanted to show my mom and she was on the deep end with my brother and sister. I got out of the pool and ran to the deep end and yelled "HEY MOM LOOK!" and I didn't even bother to think that my dad was nowhere near close to catch me. I jumped right in and realized I didn't know how to get my head abov water. Well I was looking up from underwater and started spinning around thinking the force would push me up. But next thing I knew a lifeguard picked me out of the water and my mom and dad were just standing there, staring at me like I was the most craziest kid they've ever witnessed. GOOD TIMES!!
