Why people like to scrape they head when they dont know ?

I been wondering how this habit been used by all people, when they don't know or don't have a answer they will scrape they head. It is natural or we did follow by other people to do the same, see just a few second ago you just did the same thing it that mean you don't know ? wondering how this thing could happen :)

I try to repond as many as discussions posible and as you said donot have answers,when a discussion is started by you then there will be different types of responses will receive that does'nt mean you should take it so seriously and reply on my lot immedialtly
