she only once saw a movie, but she didnt like the action and ghost-like stuffs in it, in fact she started having nightmares because of it, so i would like you to tell me some good animated children movies that children enjoy watching and relishing

When my neice was 3 I took her to see Lilo and Stitch and she loved it. Disney films are a good idea in general, but some young children can find Finding Nemo a bit scary. My friend took her son to see it when he was 4 and he was frightened. I also heard at the time other young children were scared by it.

I don't have kids of my own, but I've done lots of babysitting (and I have over 20 nieces and nephews) so I know lots of kids movies. I see one person suggested Disney movies, which are pretty much what all the ones I can think of are. My three year old nephew LOVES 'Dumbo'...but some of the scenes could be scary for some kids(it gets dark and it's kind of flashy)...same goes for 'Snow White' it's a great movie, but the witch is quite scary at times. My cousin, when she was around 3-4 years old absolutely loved 'A Bugs Life'. I think that one might be a good one. She also loved the cartoons of 'Madeline' which are so cute and little girl friendly. I'm not sure if there is a full length movie or if they just had little half hour episodes on video. 'Finding Nemo' might be a good choice, too. It's such a cute movie and it's nice and vividly colored, to keep it interesting for little kids. Most little girls I know love any of the princess movies (though most of them have atleast one villian who is creepy and kind of scary...whether its an evil witch or a crazy sorcerer, there is one character that might scare little ones). Movies like 'The Little Mermaid' , 'Cinderella' , 'Snow White' , or 'Aladin'. A few more possible movies: The Swan Princess, Thumbilina, Poccahontis. When I was a kid I loved Fivel: An American Tale and Fivel Goes West (that could be spelled wrong)

You're welcome. I come from a huge family, so I get overly exposed to kids movies lol. I'm glad to have helped!

well, i bet you don't want to choose the simpsons (of course not because the movie is bad. i like it much). maybe you can choose some series like teletubbies...

try some of the walt disney's cartoon movies, barbie and even barney. those movie shows are the movies that i think would be entertaining and fun to watch at their age. i have a friend who lets her 2 year old kid watch some barney movies and her baby likes it

yes, try barney. when i was little, i used to watch Bob the Builder a lot. it was very educative and very nice! you should try that. but do not ever forget Tom and Jerry. they are classic but they will never be forgotten. Milo is an another one which is short, but good. I used to watch all of these when i was little!

How old is your baby? If she's like 1 to 2 years old, for starters you can let her watch barney. When my son was this age he was watching barney and it really got his attention, what with all the singing and dancing in the show, and then it really attracts their attention because the colors are bright. You can also let him watch Disney movies. I recommend that you let her watch Finding Nemo because the movie is nice all in all. Or you can let her watch barbie movies. My only advice is that let her watch movies that she likes, try to let her see the cover of the movie so that she can pick the movie herself. It will be more fun for her.
