Growing Tomatoes  | |  Good Day all,
I just read that in order to get an abundance of tomatoes one must take off the leaves and branches. However, if done improperly one can make the plant vulnerable to all kinds of pests and diseases. Does anyone know how to do this effectively when I've already many branches and way too many leaves? Thank you in advance for your help.

1Prune tomato plants when they are growing too large for their allocated area. Always use sharp, clean shears when working with vegetable crops to prevent spreading disease.
Step2Pinch branch tips throughout the growing season to encourage tomato plants to grow bushy and full. Remove only the last set of two leaves, including the stem, each time you pinch a branch
