If the dress of the bride is traditional floor lenght ball gown, should i wear floor length gowns too? or would tea length gown look just as good? Also would it take really silly if I as bridesmaid wearing pants? I am not a dress wearin g type of girl and me to be comfortable. I was thinking about finding a seams stress to make me some sort of soft, flow pants and wear it like a strapless top with the same lace \JACKET as the other girls. would that look nice? GHow fast men forget the women they get involved with?

I think it is up to the bride to decide what she would like those in her wedding party to wear and if long dresses are what she wants, fine. If shorter dresses, fine or if pants, that would be fine as well. I have seen high top tennis shoes worn under long dresses and pictures of girls in jeans and tie dyed shirts! It just depends on how the bride and groom want their day to be remembered. When I got married for the second time, I dressed my 3 girls in white, instead of myself!! I did not have a church wedding for my first wedding and when I had my ceremony in the church for my second marriage, we had already been married for 2 months but hadn't told anyone else.

For all of the weddings I've been in thus far, the bride has chosen a dress for the bridesmaids to wear. I'm going to be in a wedding this fall where the bride is going to just tell us a color to wear, and let us choose the specific dresses. But generally speaking, a bride is going to want to have the bridesmaids looking either identical or similar. So while your idea would probably look nice, it might not be what the bride wants.
