Has anybody had any trouble buying mealworms for their reptiles?

Hi,I have 2 leopard geckos and for the past month I have had a terrible time trying to buy mealworms for them to eat. Petsmart and one of my local pet stores haven't had them in a month. I got some baby ones at another local petstore. They breed their own and since everyone else in town can't get them, they have sold out of the normal size mealworms. My leo, Wrigley, looks at them and then at me like "You've got to be kidding me!" I was just wondering if this is a localized thing (I live in Illinois) or has this been happening all across the USA. Thanks! Char:-)

We breed our own meal worms and sell what we dont need for that month. It is very easy to breed the meal worms and cut your costs down feeding. We breed Leo's so it is easier and cheaper for us to breed our own and nt worry about if there is a shortage or not
