Not just wanting to loose weight.....

For a few weeks now I've been taking Adderall XR for ADHD. One of the side affects is that it is causing me to have some weightloss. I'm happy with that, but I want to do more than just loose weight. I want to tone up my stomach, thighs, arms, and butt. The problem is that I'm so busy that I don't have time to go to a gym and work with weights. Does anyone know of exercises at home that I can do everyday for 15 to 20 minutes to work these areas?

If you have a chance to get one of those big balls, you can work your arms, legs, butt, tummy, and every other body part you didnt think you had! go to deniseaustin.com (i think i spelt it right) and check it out! she has some awesome work outs that dont take too long!
also for your arms you can do wall pushups. they are fairly easy and just the way it sounds. you stand a bit from the wall and put your hands on the wall and do push ups! they are easier than on the floor ones!

Good deal! I will definitely check it out and see if I can do the exercises in my spare time. I've been trying to do some squats, push ups, and situps to start off with. In August, I'm hoping to take a trip to Florida and I want to look good in tiny shorts and maybe a bikini. I can do push ups on the floor so I've been doing just enough to be firm and not to look bulky.
