Yesterday I was already pissed off with my PC cause I can't able to use it. There a pop up that always come out whenever I try to access the internet and even anyfiles on my pc is hard to access and open. The pop up is a warning that my pc is infected with virus. So what I did was to run my antivirus software. But surprisingly the antivirus did not found anything! So I decided to check the net to look for a new software cause I was thinking that my antivirus wasn't that good enough. again I find it hard to access the internet. The same pop-up came. It took me almost four hours just to open google search engine and to make some searches. I tried to instal a new antivirus but it was blocked. So I delete my present antivirus in order to install a new one. But still I can't install new software! Then I got to think. I try to search the name of that pop-up and it was a shock to me! It was a virus called IE Antivirus! It was a fake antivirus. And it can really cause a whole lot of trouble on pc. So even it was hard for me to use the internet and search more about that st*pid virus I did not bother at all cause I really wanted to remove that virus. Then I saw some software that can remove that virus. It was two software and I download it to the net. It took a total of another 5 hours just to complete the download of those two software because the virus keeps on blocking the process. So when I finished that download I instantly run a scan. a total of 10 hours from the first time I am trying to kill that virus up to the time I had killed it. It was really such a long way just get rid of that IE Antivirus. So guys please be careful on your PC's there are sites that sends that IE Antivirus so be careful.

Thanks for the information! Well the last time that I've encountered a virus I have to reformat the whole PC because it was really well hidden amongst files. That's why I always have a back up of important files on my mail.

do you have any idea which site you got it? that is really annoying and irritating whenever a virus interrupts you in what you are currently doing.

I really don't have any idea but I was suspecting that it came from one of the site that I just recently joined. That was the time I started to see those warning but the problem was I joined two sites during that time and I also check my Sister inlaw if she opened the PC and she said yes. It happened that she also experience that same thing in my PC. Anyway just be careful on the sites you visit.
