How do I know when I am depressed enough to be put on an anti-depresant a few years ago my doctor put me on paxil for anxiety, and slowly I have been getting a lot worse and am feelnig at a complete loss. But I have been told that at many times anti-depressants make people worse then they are.

Hey amandar658, I have been on anti-depressants before and I actually felt it made me worse. I think the type of anti-depressants you use is very important. Some are suitable to you and some are not. I tested some and found that Zyprexa 5 mg is well suited to me compared to others such as Zeldox. It can really help to calm ou down but if you're not patient and too anxious you might find it frightening.

Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
