Was it justified to Arrest a man for tearing off the wax head of a Facist?

A man has been arrested after tearing the head off a wax figure of Adolf Hitler at a newly opened branch of Madame Tussauds in Berlin. Personally i thought his anger should hav been appreciated givn the crimes of Hitler. hy shoud his wax head still be rearing about?

Of course he should have been arrested. The man has a right to be angry, he could even complain to the management. Once he started destroying property that was not his however, it's time for the constabulary to step in.
