losing temper? anyn opinion?  | | today ihae lose my temper. this was actually nspied by wednesday's topic when some listeners said tehe craziest thing they have done is to quarrel with their boss it is interesting to observe hat people would say or do when they lose temper are you a person with an easy temper or ahot temper? do you often lose temper? i think wne people are in bad mood htey tend to lose temper and i belong to such people i usualy hate myself losing temper because sometime will say some words words unfitfully and will hurt others i am not sure sometimes imay lose temper for instance i may even had a war with the compay under pressure esperically the moment i got great unfair treatment now i try my best to control my temper espericaly when i am nt happy do you regret having lost your temper? when someone says something insulting disagreeable or aimed at ticking you off you should just say nothing if possible never say anything insulting back and never reply ina sarcastic way you want the other uy to start wondering why he is not getting to you he wil keep turning up the heat and he will eventually look like the unreasonable fool

I am a person who find it particularly hard to let my emotion out and this result in me keeping all the anger inside me and it eats me up inside. People think I am cool but i am not. I just don't know how to get angry and sometimes people bully me because they know i can't get mad. However, a person who loses his temper too much have anger problems and need to get help because because I can't stand them.

I would take it slow at first and practice being calm when you recognize that the tension is escalating. Maybe try to walk away from the situation and give yourself some time to breath and think before you come back to confronting it. And when you do lose your calm but realize it afterwards, do come back to that person and try to resolve it in a mature way. Say something like: "I lost my cool earlier and might have said something I don't mean. Can we talk about that?" Really, it takes a lot of practice and you need to give yourself plenty of time to do this. Don't expect result immediately but do use every positive change as encouragement. You'll live longer and be much more likable when you are calm. Good luck!
