Have you ever thought about your first love over the years?

on occasions i do think about my first boyfriend
i dont have many fond memories of him as he wasnt all he cracked up to be, but there were good times and i do reflect on them sometimes but never miss him thats for sure!

Yeah, but only in passing. I look back now and think how lucky I am that I didn't get my wish that I'd be with him forever. I'd have missed out marrying the greatest guy in the world.:)

Hmmmm... No, not really until now...
Maybe because I fell in love (actually it is more likely a puppy first love) I was in high school.. oh boy, he was my crush for 3 years. He was a good friend of mine but I got over him when we went to college but sometimes it is really funny to remember him as my "first love" coz I did a lot of crazy girly things when we were in high school. hehehe cheers!!!

I often think about my first love and wonder where he is at and what he is doing. I used to talk to him to keep in touch but its been about a year since i last talked to him.

I kept his photo for years in my wallet. I got in touch with him through the namesdatabase.com and he was thrilled (he said) to hear from me. We've communicated back and forth for several years now. He'll even shoot me a note if he hasn't heard from me in a while. He is very near and dear to my heart and memory. Believe it or not, he lives down the street from my mother, although I've yet to see him. That's fine. The fact that we obviously did care enough about one another as teenagers to want to stay in touch now makes me feel really good about the past. Do I regret our having broken up? Sure. But, he's married with two daughters and I'm divorced with two kids and three grands and things are what they are. I'd never want to break up a good marriage just to "relive history". Besides - people who are willing to leave one spouse for another tend to be willing to do it again later on. I'm glad we can be friends, even if only online. It still means something to me.

funny...I'm now listening to "Out of Reach" by Gabrielle. cause this song is exactly how I feel about my 1st love. With that...I just thought of him, right now.

But it doesn't mean that I miss him or something like that...I just thought of him cause of the song.

We were in a complicated relationship back then...he had a girlfriend [I knew about it before we got together] and I agreed to be his other girl ... because I was really in love with him.

There are times that I think about my first love. I don't know why I just can't help thinking of him. It makes me reminisce the times that we spend together.

My first love was when we were in second grade. He was such a nice boy and we were nuts about each other. We also were always the last two standing in our classroom spelling bees. These spelling bees were different than the big spelling bees now. They were just our little class passing time on rainy days when we couldn't go out for recess.

This little second grader grew to be such a nice boy throughout high school. We never dated, but every time I was around him, he was always so nice. I remember sitting across the table from him in study hall and he was writing my name over and over. I thought that was strange since we really didn't see much of each other those days and I asked him why he did it. He said he liked to write my name because it could be done in one continuous flow of curves.

I never saw him after high school. I am 53 years old now and I have dreams about this boy occasionally. I often wonder what has happened to him.
