What's the best time to weigh myself everyday?

Medically, the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after voiding and/or passing out stool, but before you take anything by mouth.

I have always been told it is best to weigh yourself in the morning, after you have gone to the bathroom, and before eating. Try to so this every morning at about the same time to get a more accurate idea of your weight.

If you weigh yourself in the morning, you will weigh less than any other time during the day.
I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. And always around the same time. I think that morning weight is more accurate to compare to than other times during the day...but that is just my opinion.

Weigh yourself in the morning, after you've gone to the bathroom, and preferably after you shower or bathe. I don't personally weigh myself, but I know that this is the best time to weigh yourself because you haven't eaten anything yet to mess with your weight and the amount of water being stored in your body.

as a scale watcher I normally weight myself in once a week in the morning before I have my breakfast and after I used the rest room:)

The best time in in the morning before you eat breakfast. I don't see anything wrong with weighing your self everyday. It won't do you any harm. It will actually keep you more in control of you weight. YOu will know if you are gaining or loosing. Or if you gained a pound or two you can control your eating the next day etc. I use to weight my self everyday and it was a perfect way for me to stay in control of my weight

Well, if you want to weigh the least, you need to always weigh yourself in the morning. That is for most people the time of day they will be most happiest as well. That is why if you have a Doctor's apt., you might consider this as well, especially if you are seeing a Doctor that might be focusing on your weight as well.

Hey there! Well, I'd agree with most of our friends. The best time really is in the morning when we wake up after we've done our daily waste management.
And of course, before eating and drinking water. Any intake may very well contribute to a little weight.
Just a tip as well. It works for me since I'm keeping track of how much I lose. You can try it out, see if it works. You could try to avoid weighing in everyday. Probably give at least 3 days before weighing in again. It kinda helps with the motivation factor as on a daily basis, there may be instances where you increase weight a bit.

The best time is in the morning before eating thats the true weight before adding food. I weight myself after the shower before I get dresses.

i think it is better to weigh yourself in the morning before you eat.Then, it is your real weight without any additional things.
I always weigh myself on afternoon.Because i can't get up early.and even i did,i am hungry to eat something..so I always weigh later in the afternoon.

If you have to weigh every day, make sure you do it early in the morning right after you go to rest room. Dont do it at night, because everyone has water weight at night.. Only in the mornings, its best to only weigh once or twice a week.. Just try it.. And when you are hungry just eat an apple, or get some 100 calorie packs and eat one when you feel hungry. Keep your mind busy..
