Veggies in Spaghetti

Most kids do not like eating vegetables in general. Do you do the sneaky way of putting veggies in spaghetti which kids love? Do you put carrots in spaghetti?

I put carrots in our spaghetti. We grate it and put it into the sauce so that it would become less acidic fro mall those tomatoes. Also it adds a little sweetness that kids really love.

I will try the grating part. I usually see the carrots sliced very small but not grated.Thanks for the idea

well, i don't have kids yet...but if i do i will really let them eat veggies most of the time,,,because it's healthy and will always keep them fit...
