Pinoys, do you prefer branded clothes or not?

Do you prefer buying branded clothes or you prefer the ordinary one? For me, it doesn't matter if I don't have lots of branded clothes. The important is I'm comfortable wearing it and ofcourse you have to check the quality of the clothes like the clothes made in cotton. We have to be practical especially to all Filipinos out there who live in the Philippines. Instead of buying this expensive clothes, save your money by just buying an ordinary one... well, thats my opinion. WE HAVE TO BE PRACTICAL AND WISE. With just one branded cloth it costs for about 400+ pesos. So guys, which one would you prefer the branded or ordinary clothes?

I buy pants not because of their brands but because of how well they fit me. or because how much i like their style. In fact, some of my friends, when they buy pants would take out or tatter the brand logo from their pants. ahahahhaha.

I agree with you pinkista...It really doesn't matter if its branded or not, as long as it is comfortable to wear its fine with me. Its better to save our money than to spend it on clothes that you will only wear on special occasions. I'm not saying that its bad to buy signature or branded clothes, with the gas prices soaring high, we just need to be practical and save your money with much more important things.

Hi nerdy.. thanks for posting your response...we have to save money especially to all Filipinos. Since we have lots of problems in our economy just like the oil price hike, the rice, etc.

I love branded clothes because most are of good quality... but since they are quite expensive... i don't buy them except when they are on sale... i prefer the cheaper brand... but also with great quality... but my sister usually send us clothes and other stuff from the US that are branded like my Ralph Lauren sunglasses... they look so cool... and great on me...

I guess I'd go for practicality sis. ;) There's a lot of ordinary clothes that are of great quality as well.

Jeans - A pair of jeans I think are cute.
I really don't care if it is name brand or not. As long as I like it and its not overly priced then Ill buy it.

I would prefer ordinary clothes better,the clothes that made in cotton,when you wear,you'll feel comfortable and breath in sweat.The price is not so expensive and cheap.As for me,a middle consumed level,with two children.

I agree with you. We need to be practical nowadays especially now that everything has high prices. We need to save to things that are more important like food and utility bills. Anyway, For me, as long as I can carry the clothes and be comfortable wearing it, it doesn't matter if it's not branded. As you said, we still need to check for the quality even though it's cheaper.
