You know... that is funny - I have NEVER heard anyone say anything about cleaning their cell phones! I so seldom us mine as a phone, more the texting. My daughter put me on her "family" plan. I share her minutes and dont' use it during her prime time so she doesn't go over and have to pay for minutes. She has to be assessible at all times as she works away from a phone and needs to be in contact for her child emergencies so I stay off the phone. But , it is funny that I have never heard anyone mention they do or don't clean it!

Open the housing, then open the screws. Use new unused tooth brush, put some thinner on it and brush every part of your cellphone with it. But don't use thinner with the part that made of plastic. Thinner will spoil the plastic part. For cleaning the plastic part, use the tooth brush without thinner. Just brush it gently. Note that you need special screw driver set to open you cellphone, you can get it at cellphone spare part dealer. To clean the LCD, you can use masking tape or any glued tape by putting it on the LCD, make it reach every part of the LCD then remove it gently.
