We were given free will from God.He gave us this to we can decide if we want to let Jesus, love and caring in our hearts or satan. And live accordingly. There are people who took the wrong choice with the gift of free will and took satan in their lives. They have become terrorist's and crimonals. Then there are the ones who take the other path that are people trying to help their countries and other people that need help. This was their free will given to them by God.They choose whichever path they want to take and face the concequences here on earth and when they get to the "pearly gates",as they are called, and see if they are forgiven for their sins by God. So,please support and pray for our troops. No one made them go to Iraq. They choose to by their own free will that God had given them and they know their earthly life consequences.

Free Will was one of the Gifts that God gave us, and yet we don't understand the essence of this. Just like other the other "Gift" God also gave us, we didn't understand and abused Him. I pray that we would really learn how to control and submit this gift to the one who gave it to us. For a better world, make God the One.

Hey, I'm a Free Will Baptist. Not that that is relevant, but it went with the discussion title. : ) I always pray for the troops, and their families. I realize people who have lost loved ones overseas can be bitter, and I have no idea how I would react myself. But they did join of their own free will. War has never been popular, but for decades it has been pretty clear we could go into one with Iraq or Iran. Even not in war times military personnel have been sent into dangerous situations. No one joins the army thinking they are in no danger. They very nature of the job is danger.

I understand why this discussion caught your eye.I have never been to a Free Will Baptist Church, but I thought it would be intresting to learn the difference.Iam a just regular ole' baptist,No,the war has never been popular, but it's part of life. And like you said if somepne choose that career danger is the nature of the job.

I wanted to answer your discussion because I was afraid you'd get some hateful feedback. Sometimes people feel so strongly about something they over look the fact that everyone has a choice. Not that anyone wanted to go to Iraq, but that they knew what kind of job they signed up for.

Thanks for being a good friend and being there for me,but so far no one has given me a hard time about this discussion.Well,as they say, take the good with the bad,I suppose that goes with friendship, marriage and a job.
