wow, allergies have been crazy this week - my whole face hurts, even my teeth! / myLot

Do you have any good remedies for your allergies (besides the typically prescribed or over the counter stuff). I have been wanting to try a netti pot, any luck with that?

I thought I was the only one who got allergies so bad my teeth hurt! I thought I was crazy. My husband told me that my teeth couldn't hurt. I get so tired of my nose and cheekbones throbbing. I have been taking Claritin in the morning and Singulair at night. I have a few different nasal sprays to use also. None of them do much for me except to make my sinuses drain down my throat. As well as allergies, I have asthma. I am terrified to try the neti pot! I know it is irrational and others have pointed out how easy it is, but I feel like I will drown myself or get the "pool water up the nose" feeling from using one.

Yeah my hubby seemed to think I was crazy too complaining that my teeth hurt and still do so I am glad I am not alone. Allergies is the only thing I can think of, or perhaps a sinus infection or partly a migraine? I do the sprays and pills, etc but sometimes I wonder if I'm better off with nothing. I think I sneezed about 200 times yesterday - maybe that is why my jaw hurts too. I am afraid of the pot too but it seems like it would feel good - I will report if I try it!

I was suffering from it for ten years. But I got a remedy and am fully healed now.
