Some times "Todays top discussion" does not interest me at all..

I add in haste, that this is not a rant of fanatics, but my honest feel.
May be the topics in them do not come from my interest, or else, i was expecting some different ones, may be joke,or weird news..which would not have found a place in top discussions.
Other possiblities, be i may not be in a mood to mylot at all..
Friends, have you at any stage of mylotting experienced this kind of thing?

You are right. Sometimes I even feel bored to Today's top discussions. I am unable to say something to them. Usually I prefer to respond to my friends, especially good friends' discussions much more. You are one good friend for me, so I would like to respond to more of your discussions. By the way, you are very active lately:)

Thanks friend, for dropping in.. its only a tinge of inspiration that had conquered me, from friends like you.. and i think that i am not that much active..as you people, probably going on starting more and more topics..
Just for a change i am doing this, and will be reverting to basic nature of responding to friends topics,shortly..

Hi saivenkaat802003! I really am not frequenting Top Discussions anymore. I used to but since I have some days or some limited time here in mylot, I just go straight to my email notifications and reply to those in my inbox. Don't have the time to see who made in the top discussions for a long time now. So, I really don't know if they will be in my interest or not.

I keep all the notifications to off positions, and directly check the profile of the friends..or sometimes.. i go to discussions my friends started.

you know what i presumed that if ones on top discussions pages..then it means that one'stopic or issues at hand are worth reading for and responding as well...but maybe each one of us have different taste and preferences and that i can understand anyway there are time when i dont respond to any top discussions its usually in my friends started ones or the interests or the new or no responses at all..i want to help them i guess..just like you very friendly and helpful..thanks anyway ..

Good morning, my dear svka. Yeah, like you, I don't find that it always interests me to read discussions on "Today's top discussions". I think that it varies based on the interest of each individual. Have a very good morning to begin with your life and work.

I too find most of the top disussions boring. Most of the time it will not be in my area of interest.
I usually respond to discussions started by my friends and in my interests.
I avoid discussions which i am not interested.

Definitely it happens. It's just like the hit movies everybody is talking about, yet somehow it doesn't interest us.
The biggest hit could be nonsense or trivial, but it's the subject everybody is familiar about that's why it becomes the top discussion.
