Why girls wear low-cut dress?

I have no idea why girls wear low-cut dress or low dress? To show her body? Or means freedom? Could someone explain it?

It's more comfortable to wear low cut than wearing a high cut dress or high cut jeans. Your stomach won't be seen easily if you sit down and of course low cut looks more sexy I think.

wouldnt you prefer the girls being in low cut dresses, i dont seee anything wrong
