What is China up to with France?  | |  China has really shown to the world that they deserve respect,how is France reacting to this?
Mr. Sarkosy was not very happy about China given a timetable for talks with him although he stated as well that its not right for France or EU to give time table as well,they should respect one another.

I feel there is going to be more jockying for position as powers like China and India get their foothold and gain more leverage. Powers like the United States and the EU need to get out of debt if they are going to complete in this new world.
