How do you make yourself comfortable in bed?

Hi everyone!
Psychologist say that one should go to bed with only the sweetest thoughts in mind as a way of inviting positive things into one's waking life. Therefore one must go to bed feeling at ease and relaxed. Wearing proper clothes or sleepwear that is comfortable contributes relaxing nights going to bed.
Me, I am most comfortable wearing pajamas on my sleep. Especially in cold nights. But if its summertime usually I wear shorts and t-shirts only. Before going to bed I also take a shower first. Feeling clean helps me to sleep easily. I also have lots of pillows on my bed and I like to hug them when I sleep. And most especially I make it a point to pray and thank God for all the blessings He has given me and my family and always looking forward to a brighter day again tomorrow.

I wear cotton shorts and t-shirts during bed time. I don't take showers because i'm already tired from work. They said that it is bad for the tired body to be soaked with water. I don't know if it's true but I don't practice taking a shower before sleeping. I don't have problem sleeping. The minute my body hit the bed I'll be sleep within few minutes. I do believe that when you are about to sleep think only the good things. So that you will have a goodnight sleep.

Firstly to ensure that the room smell a little nice, the clothing is comfortable. Then and most importantly to meditate and do a bit of visualisation of some of the things which remind me of peace and traaquility. I invariable get a very peaceful sleep.
