I am English and i never sleep naked i always wear pajamas in bed i don't see where you got this idea from.

Personally i hate sleeping naked my thing just flaps around everywhere if i do and its really annoying.

Erm..i think not exactly for European..because this depend on the person him/herself.Asian will also sleep in naked if they prefer to.

I don't think so naked in sleep are very interesting, i am Malaysian citizen and i don't like to sleep in naked, are you always sleeping naked? What you do while you sleeping naked?

i believe i depends on persons prerogative not on its race,country or continent. am an asean but sometimes i love to sleep naked especially in those hot summer months.
