I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Hi,
Yes i do..Infact i am still are..Depressions is very hard feelings that i cannot handle myself...I been thrue a lot lately..and the most people i trust and love is betrayed me and becouse of that i am suffering depression..Its to difficult to explain but i am so unhappy.I dont know what to do,i cant eat.I have sleepless night every single night.I even cried right now w/ no reason.I never thought that this kind of feelings will get me.I was happy person now i cant even control not to cry..My tears down w/ no reason even i dont want too.In psysical im trying to avoid crying but my heart is giving me up and shouting of sadness..
I cant think wisely right now.SO i dont want to make any decissions,I can easily irritate w/ small things.I am always mad..I hate my self doing thi skind of things but i cant stop if.
I trying to relax as long as i cant and forget what happened,forget the fast and go on w/ my life.I forgive him but i will never forget what he have dont.Mybe thats why i am still depress..I am so depress because i let somebody into my heart and trust him completely w/out asking anything in return..And he betrayed me and hurt me so badly...I hope i can manage to let this go and be my self again soon..
