Depacco - scam or not?

i discovered a ptc/ptr site named depacco. it looks like a scam because they pay so much. but i saw many members of that site saying they get paid. so i am not sure that it is a scam. please help me! add me at your friends list, and i will send you my referral link through private message. with referrals i can reach payout much faster, so i can rapidly see if it is scam or not.
and please let me know if you get paid by that site.

I was a member of depacco and i earn 400 plus pound now in reading messages but i still don't know if this is scam coz i still don't get my earning... i still figured it out if it really scam or not. hope it's not a scam so that i get my earning for real.

not much idea about them. the gneral info says their payout is 5000 and wondering what is the idea behind having such a high payout. looks like a site that may not honour your payments.
